Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what information sanfranciscobrieftherapy.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site belongs to Gloria Diaz, Marriage and Family Therapist, license #109706, 3150 18th St. Suite #354 - San Francisco, CA 94110.
The contact form
The contact form sends your name, email address and message. Netlify, which hosts the site, receives the form and forwards it to Gloria by email. She uses it only to reply to you and arrange a first appointment.
Please leave health details and other sensitive information out of the form. You can share them by phone or in a session.
Google Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and receives the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, and the site that sent you. It never receives your name or what you write in the contact form: the contact and thank-you pages send nothing to Google Analytics.
Google explains how it uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can stop it with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Hosting
Netlify hosts the site. Like any web server, it records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site running.
Who receives your information
Gloria does not sell, rent or share your personal information. Only the service providers named above handle it on her behalf, and it is disclosed to others only when the law requires it.
Therapy records
This policy covers the website only. If you become a client, your health information is protected by federal and California law, as explained in the documents you receive when therapy starts.
Your choices
To ask what information Gloria has from the contact form, or to have it corrected or deleted, call 415.489.8816 or write through the contact form.
The site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. You can block Google Analytics as described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
